1. What This Policy Covers

This policy explains how personal data is handled when you visit the SDD Labs website at sddlabs.com. It does not cover our products: Embedarium and FastOMR have their own privacy notices and, for organisations, their own agreements. The Embedarium website's notice is at embedarium.com/privacy.

SDD Labs is responsible for this website. You can reach us at [email protected].

3. Hosting and Security

The website is served through Cloudflare. To deliver and protect the site, Cloudflare processes technical request data such as your IP address, browser information and the page you requested. Cloudflare's security features may set strictly necessary cookies (for example __cf_bm) to tell people from automated traffic.

4. Fonts

The Inter font is served from this website itself; no font is loaded from Google or any other third party. Code samples use your device's own monospace font.

5. Cookies and Storage in Your Browser

• We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and the site's own code contains no analytics or tracking scripts.
• If you switch between the light and dark theme, your choice is stored only in your browser (localStorage, key sddlabs-theme) and is not sent to us.

6. Contact Form and Email

The website does not send or store what you type into the contact form. When you press "Prepare Email", it opens your own email program with a draft addressed to [email protected]; nothing reaches us until you send that email yourself.

We use the details in your email (name, email address, organization and message) only to answer your request, and keep them for as long as the correspondence requires.

7. Processing Outside Turkey

Cloudflare operates a global network, so request data may be processed outside Turkey and outside your own country.

8. Your Rights

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data by writing to [email protected].
